Play Therapy
The Language of Children
Helping children express what they cannot yet put into words.
Play therapy is designed for children aged 3 to 12. At this stage, many children do not yet have the language or abstract thinking skills to fully articulate their thoughts and feelings. Play therapy uses games, toys, and creative activities to help children communicate their emotions and needs in a safe and engaging way.
In this supportive, non-threatening environment, children are encouraged to express feelings of confusion or distress at their own pace. Professionally guided play therapy promotes emotional healing, strengthens social skills, and builds the confidence necessary for healthy development.
