BWRT® is a modern, evidence-informed approach to psychotherapy designed to help you create rapid, lasting change. Unlike traditional talk therapy, it works directly with the brain’s natural processes to address unhelpful patterns at their source. This means you don’t need to revisit or relive difficult experiences in detail for the therapy to be effective.


Aligned with current neuroscience, particularly the functioning of the **brain’s emotional (limbic) system**, BWRT® helps to explain and resolve reactions that often feel outside of your conscious control.

BWRT® for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

OCD can present in many ways, and its causes vary. BWRT® has been found to be an effective and often faster approach in addressing OCD patterns, regardless of their origin.

It targets the underlying pattern driving these responses, helping to reduce the intensity and frequency of compulsions without requiring detailed discussion of personal experiences.
